Power Digital ("we", "us", "our") operates the CitiZen AU mobile application and the website at citizenau.powerdigital.au. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your email address and full name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the information those services provide — typically your email and name.

Usage Data

We record your quiz attempts, answers, scores, and streak count so we can show you your progress over time. This data is linked to your account and stored on our servers.

Subscription Data

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive a confirmation event from RevenueCat but never see your payment card details.

Device and Analytics Data

We may collect basic device information (platform, OS version, app version) to diagnose crashes and improve the app. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the CitiZen AU service
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • To track and display your practice history and streak
  • To send important service notices (e.g. subscription expiry)
  • To respond to support enquiries you send via our contact form

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • RevenueCat — subscription management
  • Apple / Google — sign-in and payment processing
  • Hosting infrastructure providers (servers located in Singapore/Australia)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for session management and to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.

CitiZen AU is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
